Flower Club is our seasonal flower subscription in punch card form. It’s a flexible way to enjoy Burlap & Twine flowers all summer long without committing to set pickup dates. You choose when to use your punches throughout the season — just give us 48 hours’ notice and we’ll have your bouquet ready for farm pickup or local delivery (delivery is $5 more each delivery).
Each bouquet is designed with love and features fresh-cut flowers grown right here on our Tennessee farm. Wrapped in burlap and twine, they’re made to brighten your home, your heart, or someone else’s day.

Valid for the 2025 growing season only
48-hour notice required to redeem a bouquet
Pickup at the farm or delivery available within 15 miles of the farm (near 1401 Stanley Valley Rd, Surgoinsville, TN 37873). Outside 15 miles is an additional $5 delivery fee, due at delivery.
Bouquets are farmer’s choice (requests are welcome and we’ll do our best to accommodate!)
Punch cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
