Flower Club is a seasonal punch card for flowers and handcrafted creations—a simple, flexible way to enjoy Burlap & Twine throughout the season. Instead of committing to set pickup dates, you choose when to use your punches. Whether it’s a fresh bouquet in the heart of summer or a seasonal piece later on, just give a few days notice and your order will be ready for farm pickup or local delivery.
Everything is grown and created here on our Tennessee farm, using what’s naturally in bloom. From fresh-cut bouquets wrapped in burlap and twine to select dried flower creations, each piece is made to bring a bit of the season into your home—or someone else’s.
📝 Terms & Conditions
Valid for the 2026 growing season (summer + fall dried items). Please note: Our medium bouquet counts as one punch. One medium pumpkin or 3 small pumpkins are each worth one punch. Small wreaths are worth one punch while a larger wreath is worth two punches. Dried flower bird feeder is one punch.
48-hour notice required to redeem a fresh bouquet and 72-hour notice for dried items.
Pickup at the farm(near 1401 Stanley Valley Rd, Surgoinsville, TN 37873) or delivery available within 15 miles of the farm for the whole season for $15. Add on Flat-Fee Delivery to your cart. Outside 15 miles is an additional $5 delivery fee, due at delivery.
Bouquets are farmer’s choice (requests are welcome and we’ll do our best to accommodate!)
Punch cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
